Pricing?
We currently charge $26.00 per hour for caregivers. $75.00 per hour for RN Assessments and $125.00 for time speaking with our Administrators, Aleasa Mathews, RN, or Amy Curtis, RN.
We do bill holiday charges and overtime if you request one caregiver only.
Our holiday charges are $39.00 per hour.
Holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
We require a contractual agreement of 2 weeks of services payable before the start of the service.

How do I get financial assistance for my care?
- If you have less than $2,000.00 in your bank account and do not own your house or property you might be eligible for assistance through the Department of Human Services. - Long Term Care Insurance Policies are a great way to get assistance with payment for your loved one. Why can’t you just bill Medicare?
We can but we need to show that we are established as your care providers. This can take up to 3 months just for the documentation. You would be liable in the meantime for the cost of care. Medicare Advantage or your Supplemental Part C will assist with cost depending on your diagnosis, needs, and Physicians’ approval.
